Sam Issac is a man of very few words. He is a self taught macro photographer from Kerala, INDIA. His clean, bokeh-full works caught my eyes. As it turned out, his style and execution of shots are entirely different from the other macro photographers I have interviewed.

The other day I stumbled upon a cool gadget called Ring Flash.
These flashes, as the name suggests, produce a circular flash of light. Its most important characteristic is providing even illumination with few shadows visible in the photograph, as the origin of the light is very close to (and surrounds) the optical axis of the lens.
Ring flashes are popular among fashion, macro and portrait photographers.
There are two models that caught my eye.
Dave Tickell has been doing macro photography for the last two years. His macros are characterized by minimalism. And most of them resemble a painting. Here we are in conversation with the photog to understand more about his work and style.
